Finish off and weave in ends

Eyes: (make two)

Special Instructions for Safety Eyes:
Safety eyes go between rounds 7/8
Important: if you are using eyes that have an off centre pupil, you will need to face one pupil in one direction, and the other pupil in the other direction, so that when they are attached they are both facing in the same direction: forward

Eyelids: (make two)
Ch 9
Row1: 1 hdc in the 3rd ch from the hook and the next 6 (7)
Finish off with a tail to attach to the eye

Fin:

Row 1: 1 sl in the 2nd ch from the hook and the next 2, 2 sc, turn (5)
Row 2: ch 1, 2 sc, turn (2)
Row 3: ch 4, 1 sl in the 2nd ch from the hook and the next 2, 2 sc (5)
*** repeat rows 2 and 3 14 more times until you reach row 31 ***
Finish off with a long tail to attach to the hat

Assembly:
Eyelids: position over the safety eyes to give them a menacing look, and attach
*** remember to attach the eyelids on opposite angles if you're using a solid colour eye ***
Eyes: stuff and position on either side of the head and attach
Fin: position in the middle between the eyes and attach
